Our water heater leaked into our downstairs neighbor's ceiling Monday night. What seemed like an easy project was not! The floor drain was backed up and he rodded it. The water valve was broken, so he had to shut off the water and fix that. He problem solved everything, and got the old tank out and put in the new one. Tidy, professional, and enjoyable to be around since the 1 hour job turned into a 4-5 hour job with all the problems.

Tuesday morning, Full Circle Plumbing came right over to install the new one !

Contacted Full Circle Plumbing to make a shower faucet workable. I only have one shower and in this weird world, I can't go to the gym or anything. He problem shot with me and came out twice to provide a workable solution.

Now I am going to have him redo my whole bathroom once we can leave the house.

We had two toilets that weren’t flushing properly

...and I made the mistake of contacting a plumber who told us that we might need to entirely replace our toilets. I called Full Circle Plumbing and they sent a plumber out the next day. Within minutes of arriving, they knew exactly how to fix them and gave me a very reasonable quote. They worked efficiently and they definitely knew what they were doing!

I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

We had a minor issue to fix - faucet handle valve stem broke - they worked the schedule to get someone out here the same day. Tony the plumber was super helpful, got everything fixed extremely efficiently, and consulted on some other things we need to get fixed longer-term. He was even happy to show me a thing or two for my own learning for the future.

A few days ago I contacted Full Circle Plumbing. They came out to our association in Lakeview and were fantastic!

Full Circle is cordial & friendly not just over the phone, but in person. They were on-time, and wanted to ensure he got the lay of the land as he assessed our issue - wasn't cocky as though he knew everything. They are experienced, patient & professional and it showed as they took the time to explain our issue in layman's terms, but not in a condescending manner. I felt comfortable with Full Circle & strongly advise anyone to contact them for any of your plumbing needs!

"Outstanding service, on time and early to start work benefitting my schedule."

Expensive service charged from ABC plumbing that I got for $500 less with Circle. A lot of experience with the workers and you can tell its a small business vibe making more of an important focus. Utilized them to install a plumbing cutout for easy access to clearing my plumbing which required them to dig a 9ft hole in my front yard. They did they work and put all my yard work back to where it was before they started. The best plumbing experience of the 3 companies I've worked with.

"Terrific & responsive service."

Terrific & responsive service. Our basement flooded due to a pipe running from the house to the main sewer line being blocked with roots. We needed to take care of this ASAP and Matt sent out someone shortly after we called him. The plumber he sent out to rod the line was friendly and knew his stuff. His price was fair and we got a discount (I helped the plumber a bit). In the future we'll make use of Matt's services again and he is highly recommended!

"Speedy, communicative, easy to deal with."

Matt the Plumber (informed now Full Circle Plumbing ): Bottom line speedy, communicative and easy to deal with. I phoned and got an answering machine. I was in a hurry to get my kitchen faucet fixed or repaired so I did not leave a message and was going to look for another plumber. In 30 sec Matt called back anyway. He said he had several jobs going on but would be out to my condo that morning which he did. The outlet pipe rubber inside was shredded. He said he would look for a replacement pipe and called to tell me he had found one but it had to be ordered. I told him to instead buy a new faucet and come back and install it which he did that afternoon in a few minutes.

I called Matt when the base of my toilet started leaking. He was able to come over promptly and fix it. He is courteous, professional, and was a pleasure to work with. While replacing the wax ring on a toilet might not be the most difficult plumbing task, it was much appreciated, and I have no doubt that his years of experience would be enough to tackle even the most difficult jobs. I will definitely call him again with any plumbing needs, hopefully not for a while.
